Vital Essentials Powered by Umami Soul Catering presents Culinary Chef Makia Hagans Umami Soul Catering LLC “Tantalizing your fifth taste bud”!

Vital Essentials is an exciting cooking class led by Culinary Chef Makia Hagans. Chef Makia is ready to take you on an educated culinary adventure! Using fragrant herbs and spices, colorful fruits and vegetables, adding delicious Umami with a variety of protein! Get ready to let Vital Essentials powered by Umami Soul Catering tantalize your fifth taste bud! 

The class will be an hour and a half of fun hands-on experience!  Exploring fresh ingredients, and using sensory perception to elevate your cooking to the next level. We are looking forward to our fun-filled exciting culinary journey with you! 

Participation is registration only, you and one guest are permitted per single registration.

Class is open to adults only (ages 21 and up)
