Stretch your way to a healthier lifestyle with an hour-long chair yoga class! Open to adults. Registration required.
Chair yoga is an accessible way to practice yoga for all bodies, with particular attention to those with limited or compromised mobility and balance due to preexisting conditions. Students will practice range of motion, breathing, mobility and balance using the support of a chair for both seated and standing postures.
The Library has partnered with local Kula Yoga and Wellness for this event.
