Kula Yoga & Wellness is bringing Toddler & Me Yoga to the library! Join Alison Forche of Kula for Toddler & Me Yoga, a wellness class designed for toddlers ages 2-5 and their adult, to enjoy playful yoga sessions. Open to parents, grandparents, aunts, uncles, and guardians, it's a great opportunity for bonding and movement exploration!
Toddler and parent yoga fosters a special bond between caregivers and their little ones while promoting holistic development. Through gentle movements, breath work, and playful activities, toddlers explore their bodies, enhance motor skills, and cultivate emotional regulation. Meanwhile, their supportive adults join in, enjoying quality time with the child in a supportive environment. Together, they discover the joy of movement, build connection, and create lasting memories in a nurturing and inclusive setting.
