A relaxed, adults-only board game program where beginners learn the rules step by step before enjoying gameplay.
Join us at the Main Library for a relaxed, adults-only board game program designed with beginners in mind. Each session starts with a clear, step-by-step explanation of the game’s rules, so new players can feel confident before gameplay begins. After learning together, we’ll jump right into playing in a welcoming, low-pressure environment.
In March, we will play Last Defense! Last Defense! is a fast-paced, cooperative board game where you team up as unlikely heroes to race against a timer, using dice and teamwork to rescue scientists, gather tools, and defeat monstrous threats like space aliens and spider robots before time runs out.
