Local author alert! August's book club features an in-person discussion with best-selling author Kristy Boyce, all about her latest release: Rolls and Rivalry.

Hazel thinks she has senior year perfectly planned: DM her first Dungeons & Dragons campaign, succeed as color guard captain, and avoid getting distracted. But all of that gets a lot harder when her ex-best friend and former crush, Max, moves back to town. Not only is he a drummer in the marching band, but he's joined her D&D campaign as well. Are these feuding friends heading towards a no-holds-barred rivalry...or a swoony romance?

Join this monthly teen-focused book club to read and discuss some of the most anticipated and exciting YA books of the year! This book club is great for all teen readers—and especially those who like to catch the most-anticipated releases, read the up-and-coming authors, or explore what's popular beyond BookTok. If you're YA-obsessed, this is one book club you won't want to miss!
