Matt will be presenting his new book and will prepare one of his signature dishes! Samples will be available, as well as copies of the book.

Learn how to turn seasonal produce into an exceptional family meal! Chef Matt Rapposelli, author of A Taste of the Hocking Hills and chef at the Hocking Hills Lodge and Lake Hope Lodge, will share how to take local ingredients and transform them into a delicious meal for your entire family. Food samples will be provided. Registration is required.
