Summer Morning Yoga & Stretch

Join wellness instructors from the Jerry L. Garver YMCA of Central Ohio for morning stretching and yoga on the lawn at Pickerington Main Library.

Wellness Instructors from the Jerry L Garver YMCA of Central Ohio will help you start off your Summer Saturday morning right with yoga & stretching on the lawn at Pickerington Main Library. Yoga & Stretching pairs poses with breathing exercises in a slow and gentle practice that extends the body and helps bring peace to the mind.

This event is intended for families. Children under age 12 must be supervised by a caregiver.

Registration is required. Registrants will receive an email before the class with information about what to expect and what to bring. They will also be given information about a waiver that must be signed before participation on the day of the event.
