Learn the best techniques for freezing produce.

Freezing: This food preservation program offers safe and effective methods to freeze produce, including techniques for different food types and storage guidelines. Program provides instructions and resource information for freezing fruits and vegetables. 

Taught by Shannon Carter from OSU Extension. Registration is required.
