Explore mindfulness techniques to feel peaceful, focused, and ready for success this school year.
Each 60-minute session will include discussion, a hands-on activity, iRest® meditation, yoga, and journaling for reflection. This program will be led by yoga teacher Elizabeth Wood, E-RYT 500, RCYT.
Wear comfortable clothing. Bring a yoga mat or a beach towel.
