Need a pause from your busy schedule? Join us for an afternoon of calm, creativity, and connection at the Sycamore Plaza Library. Our “Fill Your Cup” event is a drop-in experience designed especially for teens to explore mindfulness in a fun, relaxed atmosphere.
Start by crafting your own custom drink at our hydration station with a variety of flavored water packets and syrups — a small way to treat yourself and stay refreshed. Then, pick up a Mindfulness Kit filled with tips and simple practices you can use anytime to manage stress and boost emotional well-being.
