Special Effects Make-Up Workshop

Get Ready for Halloween!

This class will teach you professional techniques to bring spooky, lifelike wounds to life!

This workshop is perfect for individuals who are passionate about makeup, Halloween enthusiasts, aspiring special effects artists, or anyone curious about the magic behind movie transformations. Led by skilled and experienced makeup artists, the workshop begins with an introduction to the tools, materials, and techniques used in special effects makeup. Participants will learn about prosthetics, sculpting, molding, and painting  to create trauma effects like cuts, scars, burns, bruises, and more using a combination of special effects makeup and non-toxic household materials. Students will be creating effects on their own skin. All material will be provided.

​Registration required.  Age 12 and older only, please.
