Calling all Halloween enthusiasts, aspiring special effects artists, or anyone curious about the magic behind movie transformations, come explore the world of special effects makeup!

Have you ever wanted to discover the behind-the-scenes magic of special effects makeup? This workshop is perfect for individuals who are passionate about makeup, Halloween enthusiasts, aspiring special effects artists, or anyone curious about the magic behind movie transformations. Led by skilled and experienced makeup artists, the workshop begins with an introduction to the tools, materials, and techniques used in special effects makeup. Participants will learn about prosthetics, sculpting, molding, and painting to create trauma effects like cuts, scars, burns, bruises, and more using a combination of special effects makeup and non-toxic household materials. Participants will be creating effects on their own skin. 

Registration is required.
