The Nationwide Children’s Hospital Child Development Center will share how to recognize when your child is ready for toilet training, the steps of toilet training, and strategies to improve success. Caregivers will also have the opportunity to ask questions during and after the presentation.
Akua A. Asomani-Adem, PhD, HSP, is a pediatric clinical psychologist at the Nationwide Children’s Hospital Child Development Center. Her clinical interests include assessment and diagnosis of neurodevelopmental disabilities as well as behavioral consultation for families of children with sleep, toilet training, and elopement concerns. Dr. Asomani-Adem is committed to providing easily digestible, research-informed information to help children and their families.
