Discover inspiring Veteran stories, then create kindness cards to show military-connected youth across Ohio that they and their families are seen, valued, and appreciated.

In recognition of Military Family Appreciation Month, the National Veterans Memorial and Museum is bringing its Service In Action initiative to the Pickerington Public Library!

An educator from the National Veterans Memorial and Museum will introduce teens to the inspiring stories of our nation's Veterans through videos, photos, and firsthand accounts that explore the meaning of service and the many ways it can make a difference. Inspired by these stories, teens will put service into action by creating kindness cards for military-connected youth across Ohio, letting them know that their sacrifices and the sacrifices of their families are seen, appreciated, and supported.

All supplies provided.

If you need accommodations for a class or event, contact communications@pickeringtonlibrary.org or call 614-837-4104 ext. 221.
