Join us for a sound meditation experience.

Allow the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls to transport you to a deep meditative state. People who've experienced these sound baths have reported feeling calmer afterward.

Bring a yoga mat and blanket. Chairs will also be available.

This event will be led by experienced yoga and meditation teacher Elizabeth Wood, E-RYT 500. For more information, visit www.elizabethwoodyoga.com.

Ages 18 and older please.  Registration required as space is limited.  Please read and sign the waiver before participating.
