Gentle movement, breathing practices, and meditation to support balance in the body and mind. This is a three-part yoga class series. Attend any single class or the full series.
Options will be provided to tailor your experience. All are welcome, whether you are just starting or have been practicing yoga for years.
Classes will be led by yoga teacher Elizabeth Wood, E-RYT 500 and certified iRest® teacher.
Bring a yoga mat or a beach towel.
