Mindfulness and Calm Communication is a 60-minute homeschool program designed for ages 10-17. Participants will explore gentle yoga movement as well as breathing and meditation practices that support self-awareness, relaxation, and focus. The session also includes discussion and interactive activities to help students communicate respectfully in everyday situations. Please bring a yoga mat or large towel.
