Judi Phelps from On Guard Defense will teach strategies for situational awareness and personal safety.

This free two-hour class with help you prepare daily strategies to avoid being caught in risky situations.

Situational awareness is being aware of what is going on around you at all times.  According to Judi Phelps from On Guard Defense, “personal defense starts with understanding situational awareness.”  Don’t be caught off guard and risk becoming a victim. Though this class is geared toward women ages 8 and up, anyone is welcome to participate.  Registration is not required.
