Join us at the Library for an hour long Chair Yoga class led by an instructor from Kula Yoga!
Chair yoga is an accessible way to practice yoga for all bodies, with particular attention to those who may have limited or compromised mobility and/or balance due to preexisting conditions. Students will practice range of motion, breathing, mobility and balance using the support of a chair for both seated and standing postures.
The Library has partnered with local Kula Yoga and Wellness for this event.
Chair Yoga is open to all. Registration required.
