A 20-week curriculum to empower girls to rule their experiences academically, relationally, and emotionally.
R.O.X. “Ruling Our eXperiences” is a non-profit, educational program for girls. During the 20-week curriculum, participants will be equipped with knowledge on topics such as confidence, healthy communications, navigating relationships, goal setting, and self-defense. Open to girls in grades 7-12.
Facilitated by Sycamore Plaza Library’s Teen Services Librarian, participants will meet on Thursdays from 6:00-7:00 p.m. to engage in guided discussions and activities based on the R.O.X. curriculum.
The program is free and open to girls in grades 7-12. If you or your teen is interested, please contact Amanda at Sycamore Plaza Library in person or via email at amcevoy@pickeringtonlibrary.org.
